The project
The Title Cocoon is a new residential project by Rhom Bho Property PCL, the developer behind The Title, in Cherng Talay, the Bang Tao Beach area on Phuket's west coast. Environmental impact report No. 256910-4 was filed in October 2026 and is under review.
This is the earliest stage at which a project can be known at all: construction has not started, the developer's websites do not list it yet and prices are not published. According to agents it is a 7-storey building with compact one-bedroom apartments of about 30 m², the format The Title uses to offer the most affordable way into a resort district.
The name speaks for the concept: a cocoon is a cosy space sheltered from the bustle, a place you want to come back to after the beach. Bang Tao is where people on Phuket go for a calm sea, Laguna, the restaurants of Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket and international schools.

Why now
The project has not reached the agencies yet. At The Title launches the best apartments and the lowest prices go in the first weeks of pre-sale.
At the latest launches in the series (The KUARTZ and FIZZ, October 2026) the developer gave a fixed launch discount by apartment type, from ฿200,000 to ฿500,000, plus a further 5%. Cocoon terms will be announced at launch.
Bang Tao is one of the island's most expensive districts. A compact one-bedroom of about 30 m² is the lowest-budget way to buy right here rather than on the outskirts.

Floor plans and prices
The developer has not published the price list or floor plans yet. According to agents, the apartments are one-bedroom units of about 30 m² on floors 1 to 7. We will send the exact plans on release day.
New builds in Bang Tao sell at about ฿180,000–250,000 per m² on average. This is not Cocoon's price but the level of the district's market; the developer will announce The Title Cocoon prices at the sales launch.
Payment plan
The Title payment plan has no interest and no bank: a booking deposit and four equal payments tied to construction stages.

Cherng Talay is the Bang Tao Beach area in north-west Phuket: a long beach with a calm sea, the Laguna Phuket resort with golf, the restaurants and shops of Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket, international schools. People live here all year round and rent out all year round.

Rhom Bho Property PCL (ร่มโพธิ์ พร็อพเพอร์ตี้ จำกัด (มหาชน)) is listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand under the ticker TITLE. Since 2023 a controlling stake (~68%) has been held by AssetWise PCL (SET: ASW). It specialises in low-rise resort residences near the sea, with more than twenty projects on the island.
